Hey, I’m Alistair
Rewind 20 years and I was busy completing my degree in Applied Sports Science at Edinburgh University which progressed into a career in the fitness industry.
So far it has been a great ride. I have worked in busy city gyms, exclusive studios and the great outdoors. I've met loads of people, learnt from some of the best in the field, authored popular training guides and helped hundreds of clients along the way.
During this time one thing has become increasingly obvious. Getting in shape does not need to be complicated, time-consuming or extreme. The fitness industry generates a lot of noise and confusion which is a shame because almost everyone I've seen achieve lasting results has done so by doing a few simple things…
