As a mobile personal trainer I bring the gym to you. No crowded gym floors, no queuing for equipment and no wasted travel time. Sessions are available across Brighton and Hove and take place at your home, outdoors or even online via live video. Whatever works best for you! I travel with a range of high-quality equipment allowing you to keep fit, get strong and stay flexible in any location. Including warm ups, cool downs and a personalised program of fitness-building exercises your workout will be completed in 30 concentrated minutes leaving you plenty of time to get on with the rest of your day.
