As a mobile personal trainer I bring the gym to you. No crowded gym floors, no queuing for equipment and no wasted travel time. Sessions are available across Brighton and Hove and take place at your home, garden or local park. Wherever you feel most comfortable! I’ll arrive with a range of high quality equipment, ready to deliver a focused 30-minute session that easily fits into your schedule.

I am really unfit… can I do this?
Of course! Your plan will be tailored to your current fitness level. It’s one of the great advantages of working with a trainer. Whether you have been inactive for a couple of months or many years we can find an exercise dose that works for you. With some week-on-week progression it won’t be long until you are back to fighting fit :-)
What experience do you have?
A degree in Applied Sports Science, a personal trainer qualification with the Australian Institute Of Fitness, a host of other nutrition and exercise certifications and most importantly over 15 years experience as a personal trainer helping hundreds of men and women with their body and fitness goals.
How much do you charge?
Prices start at £200 for an introductory course of 5 sessions - some people just need a boost getting started while others prefer to work with me for much longer - totally up to you!
Do you offer online training?
Yes! It’s a great option if you can’t make weekly workouts due to a hectic schedule or you’re on a tighter budget. After meeting for an initial assessment I will create your training plan which you will be able to access via my easy-to-use mobile app along with exercise videos, workout instructions, performance tracking and instant messaging support. Perfect if you want an effective plan to follow and someone to help you stick with it.
